Theory :

                             They said the planets are formed  from already existing sun

                Another Intruding star with the same mass once passed close by the sun.

                 A Tidal attraction inducted by the mutual gravitational pull  of two stars 

                  Due to angular momentum  disk-shaped particles formed

                  Particles moved with the star for some distance

                   The solid particles are called  planetesimals

                    These planetesimals gave rise to planets

CRITICISM :

                    It explains the alignment and motion of orbital planes

                                          Ejection is only possible when the star is moving close(within 2 or 3 solar radii)

                     In that case, the ejected material will be traveling with escape velocity, and it's not possible.
